Destemming
Produce is evenly fed by a vibration feeder and divided into the destemming units, where stalk-removal rollers gently separate the stems without damaging the fruit. The product then passes over an inspection belt for final manual control, ensuring clean, uniform destemmed produce ready for grading and depitting.
Grading
The grading section accurately sorts produce by size to prepare it for depitting. A vibrating infeed ensures even product distribution, while adjustable rollers provide precise size separation. Correctly sized fruits are directed onto a conveyor belt, and oversized ones exit separately. This ensures the depitting units operate with optimal efficiency and consistent product quality.
Depitting
In the depitting section, graded fruits are processed by high-precision pitting units that remove stones cleanly without damaging the flesh. Each unit is equipped with product-specific drums and punching tools for optimal results across different fruit sizes and varieties. After depitting, the separated stones and fruit are gently conveyed into collection crates, ensuring a clean process, maximum yield, and consistent product quality.
