Wedge cutting machine 26T
The Herbort 26T wedge cutting machine has been specially developed for the precise and efficient cutting of produce into wedges. Combining a robust construction, hygienic design and user-friendly operation.
The produce is fed through the sliding intake funnel onto V-shaped transport
belts, which align and stabilize each item. The belts convey the produce smoothly towards the
cutting station, where rotating round blades divide it into the selected number of wedges.
A special outlet funnel reduces the exit speed of the wedges, ensuring gentle product handling and maintaining the integrity of the final product. Equipped with hinged or slidable casings, funnels and protection devices that can be opened without tools.
