Washing Drum 430

The Drum Washer 430 is designed for high-capacity washing of vegetables like potatoes and beets. Its belt-suspended, driven drum ensures a consistent and effective cleaning process, with produce tumbling inside while being exposed to additional water sprays for thorough surface cleaning.

The combination of tumbling and spraying removes stubborn soil and contaminants, while a final rinse at the outlet ensures any remaining particles and excess water are washed away. Waste water and debris are efficiently drained by the underscrew, maintaining hygiene and preventing recontamination.

With its robust design and efficient cleaning mechanism, the Drum Washer 430 is a reliable solution for large volumes of produce, delivering high-quality results with minimal effort.

Available Options

The destoner separates heavy materials like stones from lighter products such as potatoes and vegetables based on density. Heavy items sink and are removed via a belt, while lighter ones float and move to the next stage.

The system separates floating debris from the produce by utilizing a screw conveyor that removes sinking products while floating materials are skimmed off at the discharge. A pump maintains continuous flow, and fresh water rinses the produce before it exits the system.

A full option version comes with the destoner and the flotation washer as well, aditionally a centralised water collection system.
