Cutting machine (leafy vegetables) 130

The Cutting Machine 130A / 130S is designed for processing a wide range of products, including spinach, kale, leek, tomatoes, peppers, chives, and orange peels. The product is transported to the cutting station via a conveyor, where it is pressed against the belt by a roller and cut into strips using circular knives. For added flexibility, a removable cleaver can further cut the strips into cubes, or it can be removed to prevent additional cutting.

The cutting force is adjustable to accommodate different product diameters, ensuring precise cuts while maintaining product integrity. Cut products exit the machine through an outflow chute.

The machine is designed for versatility, allowing easy adjustments to the roller, circular knives, and cleaver for different cutting sizes. With the 130S, we guarantee careful handling of the produce, ensuring high-quality cuts every time.
