The Washer 48A is designed to wash almost all types of fruits and vegetables. The products are gently submerged in water by rotating paddles built into the washer. This machine is especially effective for cleaning delicate items that require gentle but thorough washing, such as strawberries, cherries, grapes, mushrooms, leafy vegetables and more.

Discover the Washing Machine
Gentle washing
The washer is built as a self-supporting stainless steel structure, featuring an overflow system and a cleaning flap. It includes an offloading conveyor with durable support elements securely attached to the washer. To keep the washing water in motion, the machine uses a powerful air jet. An additional paddle unit can be added if needed.
Final inspection and rinsing
The intensive yet gentle washing effect is created by blowing compressed air into the water. The washed product is then transported out of the machine by a diagonal conveyor located in the trough. If needed, the discharge belt can be extended to serve as an inspection section. Additional fresh water sprays are installed on the discharge side for final rinsing.
