Cyclone Destoner 840
The Cyclone Destoner 840 effectively removes stones, sand, and heavy impurities from root vegetables using a controlled water flow. The produce enters a conical separation chamber, where an upward water current lifts the lighter produce while heavier debris sinks to the bottom.
Inside the chamber, a rotating cone or paddle creates a lateral water flow, guiding floating produce efficiently to the outfeed. As it follows a 270° path, unwanted materials are separated.
A built-in water circulation system ensures continuous separation. A pump at the chamber’s base generates an upward flow, effectively removing stones while providing an initial wash before the next processing stage.
Benefits
- Gentle produce handling ensures minimal damage.
- Compact design optimizes space efficiency.
- Consistent feed prevents, blockages and interruptions.

Optional
The stone discharge belt continuously transports heavy debris away from the destoner using straight flights while side guides prevent material loss.
A rubber-lined gully at the discharge minimizes noise and directs stones efficiently, while removable hatches allow easy maintenance and access to the belt supports.
