The Frozen Block Crusher 510 A efficiently breaks down large frozen blocks into smaller, manageable pieces. The blocks are loaded into a storage bin and fed toward adjustable crushing rollers, which apply controlled pressure to crush the material.

Two unbalance motors mounted on the trough generate controlled vibrations, ensuring smooth transport and preventing blockages.

The system features adjustable conveying speed and output, providing precise control over material flow and ensuring steady operation before further processing.
