French Fries Blanching Line
This high-efficiency blanching line is designed for consistent, gentle processing of French fries delivering excellent product quality with every batch.
Built for performance, hygiene, and durability, this line is a reliable solution for modern French fry production.
Feeding
The process begins with a Rotary Feeder, which regulates the flow of potato strips into the blancher, ensuring a steady and even product feed. Ensuring minimal steam loss and ensuring the line is as efficient as possible.

Blanching
At the heart of the system,
the Herbort Screw Blancher uses steam-heated water to quickly and uniformly cook the fries, preserving their texture, flavor, and color. A precision screw conveyor gently moves the product through the blancher, while advanced crossflow water circulation and a steam turbo heater ensure stable, energy-efficient heat transfer. A 13-chamber Ferris wheel then carefully dewaters and discharges the product to maintain a smooth flow.
Dewatering
To complete the process, the vibrator 207 removes surface moisture using a gentle shaking motion and integrated sieve trays. This step prepares the fries for the next processing stage by minimizing excess water without damaging the product.

Machines
The Herbort Short High Screw Blancher 960 is designed specifically for cooking potato like products efficiently and consistently.
This vibrator 207 distributes, sorts and removes excess water through the use of vibration slots.
